Sandra began her real estate career in the Denver area, specializing in helping homeowners facing foreclosure and navigating challenging financial circumstances. After relocating to Colorado Springs in 2004, she expanded her expertise to all aspects of residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and military families throughout the region.
Throughout most of her career, Sandra has worked extensively with real estate investors, assisting with fix-and-flip properties, investment purchases and sales, 1031 exchanges, short sales, and other investment strategies. She understands that investment real estate requires a different perspective and works closely with her clients to evaluate opportunities with both their immediate and long-term goals in mind.
Serving military families is especially meaningful to Sandra. Having married into a family of Navy veterans, she has a personal appreciation for the military community and understands many of the unique considerations that come with military moves, relocations, and homeownership.
Originally from Cologne, Germany, Sandra chose Colorado for its mountains, sunshine, and outdoor lifestyle. When she isn't helping clients with real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, camping, fishing, and just about anything that gets her outdoors.
